Terms and conditions
Updated 23 September 2026
These terms cover the Ordin Mac app and this website. By downloading Ordin or paying for a license, you agree to them. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The license
A paid license is a personal, non-exclusive right to use Ordin on one Mac. The price is $12.99 once, in US dollars, for a lifetime license for that Mac, including updates we publish for this app through the website. It is not a promise that a particular future feature will ship.
The license key is for you. Do not publish it or resell it. Do not copy the app for other people or try to bypass the license check.
Trial
You can use Ordin without paying for 2 days from the first launch on that Mac. No account is required. After the trial, unpaid use is limited as described in the app. Your dock settings stay on the Mac either way.
Payment and delivery
Payment is taken by Razorpay. When the payment succeeds, the site shows a license key. Paste that key into Ordin → Settings → License. Keep a copy of the key.
The license is delivered as soon as the key is shown. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you ask for that immediate delivery by paying. Once the key has been shown, the usual 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase ends, except where the law does not allow that. If the key is not shown after a successful charge, email [email protected] and we will issue the key or refund the charge. Details are in Cancellation and Refund and Shipping and Exchange.
What you need
Ordin requires macOS 13 or later. Some features need Accessibility or Screen Recording permission. You can refuse those permissions. The related features will not work until you allow them. Ordin does not replace Apple’s Dock.
The app and the site
Ordin is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or fit a particular unstated purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The website may change, including these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. If you keep using a license after a change, the new terms apply to use from then on. The terms that applied when you paid still govern that purchase.
Law that applies
If you are a consumer in the United States, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer laws of your country still apply. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the place where Ordin is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
