Shipping and Exchange
Updated 27 September 2026
Ordin is software for the Mac. The paid product is a lifetime license key for one Mac. There is no boxed product, no courier, and no shipping fee. The price on the website is the full price: $12.99, charged in US dollars.
How you receive it
The disk image is on this website and can be downloaded before you pay. That download is the 2-day trial. Open it and drag Ordin to Applications.
After Razorpay confirms the payment, the checkout dialog shows your license key on this website. That is the delivery. Paste the key into Ordin → Settings → License and keep a copy. Delivery is immediate once the key is shown. We do not ask for a shipping address.
If the charge succeeds and the key is not shown, email [email protected]. We will issue the key or refund the charge, as described in Cancellation and Refund.
Exchange
There is no physical item to exchange. A license is for one Mac. Another Mac needs its own license.
If you already paid and need the key again, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and the Razorpay payment id. We will send a replacement key for that purchase.
