Ordin

Cancellation and Refund

Updated 27 September 2026

Ordin is a Mac app. A paid purchase is a lifetime license for one Mac at $12.99, charged in US dollars through Razorpay. The 2-day trial is free and does not create a charge to cancel. The purchase terms are in the Terms.

Cancel before you pay

Close the Razorpay window, or choose Not now in the checkout dialog, before the payment succeeds. That cancels the checkout. No license is issued and no card is charged.

If Razorpay marks the payment failed or cancelled, the purchase is not complete. You can start checkout again from the website.

When we refund

If a charge succeeds and the site does not show your license key, email [email protected] with the email you entered at checkout and the Razorpay payment id if you have it. We will issue the key or refund the $12.99 charge.

If the site has already shown the license key, the license has been delivered. We do not refund a delivered license, except where the law requires it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, paying asks for that immediate delivery. Once the key has been shown, the usual 14-day right to withdraw ends, except where the law does not allow that.

Deactivating the license in Ordin → Settings → License does not refund the charge.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund goes back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay usually completes that within 5–7 business days. Your bank can take longer to show the credit.
